1. When is the best time to book a newborn photoshoot? Do we need to pay any booking amount?
   
   

We recommend booking your session during pregnancy—ideally around the 7th or 8th month—to ensure availability and to help us plan the perfect setup for your baby. If you wish to book specific dates or weekends, kindly inform us at the earliest, as some dates/weekends can be booked out a month or two in advance. All bookings are confirmed upon payment of Rs. 1000.

2. Where will the photoshoot take place?

We have two fully equipped studios—one located in Ludhiana and another in Chandigarh. You can choose the studio that’s most convenient for you and book your slot accordingly. In special cases, we also offer in-home lifestyle sessions for families who prefer the comfort of their own space. Home sessions are available at a minimal additional cost, depending on the location. Please contact us in advance for availability and package details.

3. What is the ideal age for a newborn photoshoot?

The ideal time for a newborn photoshoot is between 2 to 15 days after birth. During this golden period, babies are naturally sleepy, flexible, and comfortable, allowing us to create safe, adorable, and creative poses with ease.

After this stage, babies become more alert and active, making complex poses less likely — though we can still capture beautiful expressions and moments.

That’s why the first 15 days are perfect for achieving the most peaceful and picture-perfect results.

4. I’ve missed the newborn photoshoot window (0–15 days). Can I still book a session?

Absolutely! There is no specific age limit for capturing your baby’s memories. Every stage of your baby’s growth is beautiful and worth preserving. Whether your baby is 2 months, 6 months, or 2 years old, we design the session according to their age, comfort, and personality.

5. How long does a newborn session take?

A typical session lasts 2 to 4 hours, depending on the baby’s comfort, baby’s age, feeding breaks, and the number of setups planned.

6. Do you provide all the props and outfits?
   
   

Yes! We have a wide collection of props, wraps, baskets, headbands, and themed outfits for both boys and girls. Parents can also get their clothes just to add the unique variety and customization in the baby’s shoot.

7. Is it safe for my baby during the shoot?

Absolutely. Safety is our top priority — all poses are baby-led, and we never force a position. We will try all the best possible poses but with baby’s comfort as for few complex poses baby might resist and that is perfectly fine. The studio is clean, warm, and sanitized before every session. Also, all fabrics, wraps, and props are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each use for your baby’s safety.

8. Can parents or siblings join the photoshoot?

 Of course! We love including parents and siblings in our sessions, as these family portraits add an extra layer of emotion and connection to your gallery. We also offer special packages that include parents, so you can be a part of these timeless memories together. Contact us for more information.

9. What if my baby is fussy & does not cooperate or sleep during the session? Are you flexible with the time?
   
   

Every little one has their own unique temperament, and it’s perfectly normal for babies to be sometimes fussy or wakeful during a photo session. Our approach is flexible with timing, as we understand we’re working with newborns. We usually recommend scheduling the shoot after your baby’s massage, bath, and feeding routine, since most infants naturally settle and sleep better afterwards. If your baby needs more time or a break, we’ll gently adapt and move at their pace.

10. Can we choose our own themes or concepts?
    
    

Yes! We encourage parents to share their ideas or Pinterest inspirations. We love creating custom themes that reflect your baby’s story.

11. Can we get a customized theme based on our story or profession (like pilot, sailor, musician)?
    Definitely! We love turning your family’s story into a creative photoshoot concept that makes your images truly one-of-a-kind.

12. How do we prepare our baby for the session?

Our team will coordinate a day before the shoot for discussing the themes preference, slot timings for the session and with simple tips like keeping the baby well-fed, dressing them in loose clothing, and maintaining a cozy room temperature.

13. What should parents wear for the photoshoot?
    Neutral, pastel, or soft-toned outfits work best. Avoid bright colors or bold prints so that the focus stays on the baby.

14. What happens if I arrive late for my session?

We understand delays can happen — especially with newborns or maternity sessions — so we allow a 30-minute buffer. However, since our schedule is time-bound, late arrivals beyond this period may lead to a shortened session or rescheduling the pending shoot to the next available slot. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain a smooth experience for all clients.

15. What happens if we need to reschedule?
    We understand new parents’ schedules can change — just inform us at least 48 hours in advance, and we will help you reschedule easily without any extra charges.

17. When will we receive the edited photos?
    Edited images are usually delivered within 20 working days from the date of your final photo selection. Once you’ve made your selections, our team begins the detailed editing and customization process to ensure the best possible results. Delivery time may vary slightly based on the package and level of customization.

18. Can we get both printed albums and digital files?
    Yes! We offer high-resolution digital images, premium printed albums, and wall frames as part of our package options. We usually delivered within 20 working days from the date of your final photo selection. Additionally, we provide a pen drive containing all your raw data.

19. How long do you keep the raw data?

We securely store your raw data for up to six months from the date of your session. We request clients to share their final photo selections within this period, as we cannot guarantee data availability beyond six months.

Additionally, we provide a pen drive containing all your raw data, ensuring that you already have a personal backup of your session files. While we take utmost care in maintaining our data, please note that our storage period is subject to hardware functionality and technical conditions, and we cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen data loss beyond this duration.
