At Birth Moment Pvt Ltd, we ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for both parents and babies. Our photo shoot process includes the following steps:

Step 1: Booking & Consultation

• Once you book a session, we schedule a consultation call to understand your preferences, themes, and styling choices before the shoot date. 
• We provide guidance on outfit selection and session preparation.

Step 2: Shoot day & Setup

• On the day of shoot, we ensure a warm and cosy environment for maternity or newborn shoots.
• For newborn sessions, we take extra care to maintain a calm and soothing atmosphere.

Step 3: Photoshoot Session

• The session begins with the planned poses and setups.
• For maternity shoots, we focus on elegant poses and lighting.
• For newborn shoots, we ensure the baby’s comfort and follow a gentle, baby-led approach.

Step 4: Family & Sibling Shots (If Applicable)

• If a family session is included, we capture heartwarming moments with parents.
• Additional members can be included based on our package guidelines.

Step 5: Selection & Editing

• After the shoot, we provide the raw images for selection in a secured google drive link. This link will be valid for 15 days.  
• After getting the selection we takes 20 working days for complete editing and album process (If Any).

Yes, we do offer home photo shoots, however, additional charges will apply based on your location. To avail of this service, you must select the top package in your chosen category.

Please note that home visits are subject to our availability and discretion. While we strive to accommodate requests, our team will make the final decision on whether a home photo shoot is feasible.
